Why it exists
Treatment coordinators are the biggest lever on a practice’s production, and most of them learn the job by shadowing, on real families, with the revenue on the line. Bella moves the reps off your patients. The features came from real consults that went badly and from wanting to know why, which is also what the blog is about.
